  7. apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may
  8. have other rights which vary from state to state.

  10. If at any time after the 90 day warranty period the medium becomes defective
  11. the product may be returned to Dynamix, along with proof of purchase and a
  12. description of the defect, and Dynamix will replace such medium for $3.00
  13. (within the U.S.) which includes shipping and handling.

  17. Although Simulation System Modules are not copy-protected, you may not
  18. make unlimited copies.  Simulation System Modules are protected by the
  19. copyright laws that pertain to computer software.  It is illegal to make
  20. more than a backup copy of the program without written permission from
  21. Dynamix, Inc.  In particular, it is illegal to give a copy to someone else.
